Returns & Exchanges

At Tiger Mist, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchanges on all eligible full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit or exchange your item for a different size or style.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop your parcel at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
